With effect from 01.03.2008, Bank has revised its Benchmark PLR from 13.00% to 12.50% p.a.

Linkage of BPLR to interest rates on various kind of bank advances is subject to bank guidelines issued from time to time.

1. The fixed rate of interest option of Housing Loans, disbursed on or after 01.08.2006, will be subject to reset clause of five years on all repayment tenors except tenor upto 05 year. (RBD Advances Circular 25 dated 02.08.2006)

2. Extra 0.50% Rate of Interest on card rate to be charged in respect of persons already having one or more houses and availing Housing Loan for subsequent house/s. This extra Rate will continue to be charged in all cases where either borrower or co-borrower is having one or more houses in his/her name.

  Peronal loan

Personal Loan to Pensioners* :

*Under Scheme for Personal Loan to Pensioners, concession of 50bps be given to sr. citizens availing loan upto Rs. 50,000/-

The aforesaid fixed rate of interest under Car Loan Scheme will be reviewed by the bank each year and it will be accordingly re-set for the year commencing from 1st April to 31st March. If, the rate of interest is not revised by the Bank, in any year, the rate of interest of previous year will continue to apply for the year. If there is any delay in revision of interest, appropriate adjustment will be made in the account.

For loans where collateral security (in the form of mortgage of IP) is 100% & above of the sanctioned limit and the amount of limit is upto Rs.2 crore, Credit Risk Rating for calculation of interest rate will not be applicable. In such cases the rate of interest will be as under:

Soft loan: Only service charge @ 1% p.a. is payable, which may be retained by lending office.
Term Loan: As per interest rates advised from time to time or structure under Refinance Scheme as fixed by SIDBI from time to time, in case refinance has been availed. For such prevailing rates, the concerned branch may be contacted.
