Search for PNB ONE (Android and iPhone users) at Play Store and App Store respectively. Download application from there and start using it.

  • An active operative account with Punjab National Bank.
  • Mobile number registered in retail category with the Bank.
  • Smart Phone with or above Android version 9.0 and iOS version of 17.0 & above.

All PNB customers with individual account, Joint account (mode of operation as E/S, F/S or Any one or Survivor) and Proprietorship account can register for PNB One.

No, in case of survivor holder, having individual operative account is mandatory for registration in PNB One.

PNB One On boarding/registration is free of cost. However, charges for certain services viz remittances are applicable as per bank’s guidelines being issued time to time. For details please refer bank’s website www.pnbindia.in.

All the accounts opened under same Customer ID will be available by default after registration. If any of the accounts are not visible, you may visit branch and get the Customer ID updated for those accounts.

Transaction is allowed for all type of operative accounts having mode of operation as Self, E/S, F/S, Any one or Survivor and Proprietorship.

As of now, PNB One is only available for accounts having mode of operation as Self, E/S, F/S, Any one or Survivor and Proprietorship accounts only. For corporate accounts, mobile banking can be accessed using PNB One BIZ app.

User ID of mobile banking get disabled if not used for 360 days. In order to resume using PNB mobile banking, you can enable user using Debit Card credentials through Trouble Signing In on pre-login screen.

All the transactions which are performed through mobile banking channel are encrypted and travel to mobile banking server in secured mode. Also, SIM binding & device binding is available at every login.

  • Online Mode: In this scenario, please disable your mobile banking services by visiting link https://netbanking.netpnb.com/ -> Retail Internet Banking -> Disable Mobile Banking.
  • Call center: Dial customer care number 1800 1800, 1800 2021, 0120-2490000 for disabling mobile banking on your registered mobile number.

Do’s & Don’ts

Do not reveal password(s) or OTP over phone, e-mail etc., to any person including Bank.

MPIN, TPIN & passwords can be changed as frequently as you wish. Please change your TPIN & passwords before it gets expired or when the application prompts you to do so.

Do not click on website links/attachments in unknown/suspicious emails. These links may take you to replica of banks website and ask for keying in your user id and password(s).

Bank will never send any e-mail requesting to provide user id/password and other sensitive information.

Are you a victim of Fraud?

If you find out that your credentials of mobile banking, internet banking or debit card is compromised, please take immediate action as under to prevent any further loss and speedy recovery:

Mobile/ Internet Banking: Disable your mobile banking account immediately by visiting website https://netbanking.netpnb.com/ -> Choose Retail Internet Banking -> Enter User ID -> Disable Mobile/Internet Banking.

Debit Card: Block your debit card immediately. You can block debit card through mobile banking, internet banking and through SMS.

  • Mobile Banking: Login -> Click on Emergency -> Choose option “Hotlist Debit Card”.
  • Internet Banking: Login -> Value Added Services -> Emergency Service -> Debit Card Hotlisting.
  • Through SMS: Type message “HOTLIST Card number” and send it to 5607040.
